Project content:
Young trainees will have the opportunity to find employment and gain professional and work experience as part of the program, leaving vocational training. Sofa Faipari Kft. Employs 2 main trainees, both of whom are under the age of 25 & have an OKJ certificate. They are registered in the Youth Guarantee scheme to help them integrate into the labor market. The managing director of the company (who also has a pedagogical degree) helps their integration and professional development as a corporate internship contact.
